TOPIC: HOW OUR MOST SIGNIFICANT OTHERS REFLECT OUR MOST SIGNIFICANT ISSUES
 If there is no separation and all of life is just our reflection, then it stands to reason that the one we choose to partner with is showing us that which we most need to see in our Selves. There are only two kinds of relationships: the kind that brings fulfilling Love, and the kind that brings us the lesson we most need to learn to find the kind that brings us fulfilling Love. Most of the relationships we have are the lesson kind, because we don’t Love our Selves enough! Learn to identify your Self and your partnership issues will disappear. Bring your partners’ chart and I will bring plenty of examples. Stephanie Azaria is one of the most well-respected rising stars in the world of astrology today. Her clientele includes leaders in the entertainment, business and spiritual communities. She was drawn to the symbols and power of Astrology in her youth and by the age of sixteen was providing her family and friends with readings on a regular basis. TOPIC: PRACTICAL HORARY ASTROLOGY
 A specialized branch of astrology, horary deals with the study of a chart created in response to a specific question, and the time at which the question is asked. The chart is studied in order to obtain answers and insights into the matter in question. Horary astrology is also used to clarify personal, or world events, providing the event corresponds to a specific time.In this workshop we will:
- Explore the principles and procedures common to all horary work;
- Examine, in-depth, some of the horary charts of past astrologers;
- Have a look at some of William Lilly’s best-known and most-loved horary examples;
- Explore the astrologer-client dialogue relative to horary astrology.
Additionally, we will set criteria for horary charts around the following issues:
- Work, professional advancement
- Love, and its vicissitudes
- Relocation
- Sickness, and Health
Whatever your objectives, you’ll find that a working knowledge of horary methods can vastly improve your natal, interpretative work. Joseph Crane has practiced and taught astrology since the late 1980’s. His astrological practice has included horary astrology since becoming a certified horary practitioner in the mid-1990’s. Crane lectures internationally on a variety of topics, including ancient and modern astrological techniques, and also demonstrates astrology’s connection to works of literature and philosophy. He has written A Practical Guide to Traditional Astrology (1998) and the forthcoming, Astrological Roots: The Hellenistic Tradition. Joseph lives in New England, is a psychotherapist, and has been a Buddhist practitioner since 1980.

TOPIC: THE STAR OF THE MAGI (based on her new book by the same name, available October ‘07)
 Why would the author of the gospel of Matthew introduce Zoroastrian Magi and astrology to make his case for Christ? Introducing the uniquely Persian astrology of the Magi, and the role it played in the spread of messianism throughout the ancient world.
Courtney Roberts is a writer, teacher, and consultant, originally from Miami, FL. She is a graduate of the revolutionary Masters program in Cultural Astronomy and Astrology at Bath Spa University in England, where she developed her specialization in the role of astrology in religion, particularly Persian Zoroastrianism and western monotheism. Courtney has over 25 years experience in astrology: in consulting, teaching, publishing, research and organizational work. A former president of the Astrological Research Guild and founding president of the Central Florida Chapter of NCGR, her work has been featured regularly in astrological publications like The Mountain Astrologer (including a year-long stint as the author of the Daily Forecast calendar) and StarIQ.com. Her extensive sports data collections are published by Astrolabe, Inc., in the Astrodatabank, and in Cosmic Patterns' Kepler Program. Visions of the Virgin was published by Llewellyn in 2004, and her next book, The Star of the Magi, will be released in Oct. 2007. SOMETHING NEW
Beginning on Sunday, September 16, 2007, all our monthly lectures, which end at 4:30 pm, will be followed by a fifty-minute discussion on the chart of a “mystery person” whose chart data will be provided, in advance, when e-mail meeting notices are sent. Everyone is welcome to remain after the lecture and join in the discussion, at the end of which, the “mystery person” will be revealed.
